Today R15 visited Little Bridge House children's hospice near Barnstable. 12 cars representing most types of the Porsche range were present to give the children, siblings, parents and helpers rides out in the cars as well as presenting a cheque to the House resulting from our fund-raising efforts. Simon will put together a more comprehensive write-up but in the meantime here is a link to a slideshow of the afternoon. My thanks to Adele for showing us around the wonderful facilities, it is a truly special place, and our very best wishes go to the very brave children and parents that we met today. We are all in awe of your determination, strength and courage and are glad we could bring a ray sunshine (literally, it was a glorious day) into your lives. We, in turn, are most humbled by the experience.

On behalf of the Committee we would like to thank all the R15 members for their generous support last year which raised £750 for Little Bridge House. It was a magnificent effort for a small region especially in these difficult economic times. Simon Ryder

Congratulations on raising a decent wedge of cash for the hospice, glad you had a good day out with decent weather. Shame I sold my Porsche and couldn't make it though.
