Hi Folks

I know a lot of you use Liverpool and Victoria for your insurance.

They do a good deal on unlimitied mileage insurance, but also said they do a Vintage quotation.

Unfortunately you have to be in the CMSA??? Is that the right abreviation Civil Motor something something association????

Is anyone in this and if so can anyone join and where can I find details.

Thanks for your help

Lee

It's the Civil Service Motoring Association and I'm in it [:-]

As long as you (or any member of your family) have ever worked for an organisation with it's roots in the Civil Service you can join (I used to work for the GPO and BT). Most members seem to be caravan owning Rover 45 drivers, but you can genuinely save a lot of motoring related money with their discount schemes. Membership is £17 a year and they knocked £70 off both my car insurances and a couple of hundred off my home insurance (and I always shop around at renewal time).

They even organise their own track day and lots of car rallies

I'm also with Liverpool Victoria, they do indeed offer very good rates and nice clear terms of insurance.

It was also cheaper to insure my girlfriend as a named driver than myself on my own...

...what are they trying to say!? [;)]
