load space partition fitment

Hi

Anyone got the load space partition net that pulls up to the roof and clips in to the lugs there? I was wondering how it fits on the seat back?
Does it replace the normal horizontal luggage blind and clip on to the same fixing points either side of the seats or does it bolt on the seats in some way with the luggage blind still in place? If the latter can one still fold the seats down without removing it?

It clips to the back of the seats and sits in front of the luggage cover
