LOCKTONS - impressed by their care

Recently panic mode arrived - driving on the M55 around 6 miles from home a judder began - Engine warning light then flashing same ( engine fault - service centre message ) - nursed her home.

Within one hour they had sorted a fully demountable to arrive noon the following day to transport to my service centre of choice
The Call Assist team again provided care along with really professional service ( they had to travel from Manchester as not one single recovery company in the Fylde area were interested)
Pics tics taken prior and after loading - and at destination.

Issue now resolved _ lambda sensor along with coil packs 3 / 4 - could have been worse

JUST WOULD LIKE TO PRAISE LOCKTON'S AND ALL INVOLVED




 
I'm glad to hear you had such a good outcome. Luckily enough I haven't had to call them out yet but since joining Locktons I've been thoroughly impressed with their service.
