Having chased up a factory collection date on my Macan I received this from the dealer;

I've now had feedback from Porsche as follows;

Fact is all Macan production is being delayed anything between 2 and 6 weeks due to supplier issues. "" My contact is unable to advise the length of delay on your car at the present time, but somewhat confusingly the car is still showing 15th September when another customer's car has just this morning moved from 12th September to 13th October.

In light of the above Leipzig are unable to confirm dates for your collection......................

Checked this with my OPC. They have not heard of any major delays, though some items are indeed holding up production of some orders..
