There's been talk (but little action) of buying stuff to help with London region events I thought I'd get the ball rolling

I believe these would be a good addition;
Quad Pack of Two-Way Radios -- for convoys and larger events
http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?ModuleNo=217930&doy=31m8

Megaphone -- For coordinating groups of people rather than having to run around to each person, as happened on the London eye run
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?TabID=1&ModuleNo=11352&doy=31m8

I'm not saying too buy them from Maplin I was using it to look up examples

And a Large Marquee if there's any budget left over :D

Marquee and two-way radios are already down to buy and to be bought before Ragley hall i.e. next Sunday; was just waiting to confirm if the marquee needed to be Stuttgart colour and the answer is no [;)] so any suggestion for something that fits in the back seats of 911 or back of a Boxster would be helpful. Don't want to get something cheap from Argos which will break before the events.

Megaphone: we can get one if you volunteer to do the speaking and crowd control via one and no, we cannot have the one which has the Darth Vader voice conversion [:)]
