Looked value- not now perhaps!!

Dave. Ide seen this a day or 2 ago + thought just the same. Itd cost a few £££ to redgister it in the UK, isnt that what you have to do if its an Irish car.?? + the cost of the ferry there + back... Anyway, its gone now.....

I think it was changed to sold a couple of days ago, went quickly. Difficult to determine history of cars from Ireland, doesn't show up on HPI.

Got offered the car last week from Ireland. It was a Cat D in 2000, damaged but insurers decided not to repair. Still looked good value though but always that stigma attached when you go to sell. It had been registered back on British plates.

That was still worth the money at that mileage if genuine. My old cat d made £12k with, OK, a lot of special bits and no sunroof but no LSD. Must have had a UK/EU V5 with that reg and maybe he could have been chipped a bit Kev[;)][;)][;)] Cheers Dave

Somebody else thought it was good value also http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1498022.htm Maybe putting it up at £12k, while still showing as sold previously at £8k, on the same site wasn't the brightest marketing move ever[:D] And I thought my margins were cheeky[&:] Cheers Dave

Thats taking the proverbial.... As you so elequently put it, NOT his brightest move ever....!!!!!!!!!!!![8|][8|][8|][8|]

ORIGINAL: David Hooper Wasn't showing as a dealer, so please don't place us all in the same thick s*** please Jason. Cheers Dave
You obviously missed all the smilies....just a wind up as a couple of those dodgy dealer types had already posted in the thread[8|][;)][;)] You know i love you really[:D] Anyway its back and the seller sounds a really top bloke that i'd be rushing off to buy his car.... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1504966.htm
