Hi everyone,
new to this forum , I am looking to buy a 968 , ideally a Sport , just missed out on a black one at Autobahn . I am based in Cumbria and will travel for the right car . I have owned two late model 944S2's and finally have the funds (and wife permitting) to buy a 968. I want one that has been well maintained by Porsche or marque specialist with good history .
cheers, Paul

Paul - what are you looking to use the car for - I may be about to sell my LHD 968CS with full M030 and everything else you could think of.... but it may not be what you are looking for.

Paul,

Try the forum at http://www.porsche968uk.co.uk/phpbb/index.php for more 968 activity than you will find here. There was a glut of cars for sale about 1-2 months ago, but they seem to have all gone now - mine included, which was identical to the Autobahn car with even lower miles. Hang around for the right car though - they do come up for sale regularly enough. Be aware that prices seem to be going through a phase of "readjustment" at the moment, so it could pay to wait a while.

Good luck!

Paul I have just looked on Auto trader there are a couple in East Anglia Area that look good for around £13-14k both with good mileage one is at a porsche specialist, Finlay Gorham. Use this postcode IP28 7AL and search within 40miles, they should both come up!

My 968 Sport will be for sale soon as I am getting a Cayman S. I could be tempted to part with it now.

It is 1995 (one of the last) with factory air conditioning, black, rear wiper, 87K miles. Superb service history with all the bills back to day 1.
