Looking for a 996

hi,

i am currently looking for a 996 for a friend and am wondering if anyone has one up for sale?

ideally:
- either a facelift 4S or coupe with body kit
- black, gray or silver with dark interior
- fsh (doesnt have to be opc, can be independent)
- good confdition and well looked after

Price is more of a concern once the right car is found

I'm after a 1999-2001 ish 996 C2 Tip. Preferably a dark colour with a dark interior.

I'm looking on Pistonheads/911uk/Autotrader/911virgins and some of the dealers.

Am I missing any other good sources?

Keep an eye out at www.Hartech.org or give Grant or Baz a ring there. When mine was in a week or so ago Baz was saying that they were planning on stocking some more cars again, you couldn't go wrong with a 996 from them on their lifetime maintenance plan!

Thanks folks. The search is almost over. I've agreed to buy one from a member that was on Autotrader. Had it inspected and it got a great report. It's in cracking condition, car and seller seem very genuine and it's just the spec & colour I wanted Black with full Black ruffled leather, tiptronic, spilt rims, etc etc. Once the cherished plate is off the V5 I'll be parting with my hard earned and collecting it. Only 49 odd years of waiting for this moment so a few more days won't hurt!

I'll let post a photo when it's on the driveway!
