I always wonder the same thing when I see those boxy sill covers. There's that Scottish dealer on Pistonheads who offers loads of 944s, all with the same sort of thing. Not for me...
 

The interior , the inappropriate wheels , the non original sill covers which for me always look awful and spoil the lovely 944 shape.

If you're looking for a classic car and lets face it thats what a 944 is then
' best on E-Bay' , really ??? . It may be a sound car I dont know but best on E-Bay I very much doubt.

Agree, agree, agree.

In fact, it may be short sighted, but I typically don't read the advert if I see those sill covers on the first photo.

Original seat, sills, wheels and it's visually much more appealing for me - especially as the colour looks very nice.
