loss of water

Hi everyone, little worried at the moment as i am losing water somewhere. Have to fill the expansion tank every time i take the car out for a drive. As its not garaged and it rains all the time i thought the best way to investigate would be to take off the front pu and remove all underfloor tray. Condensors and radiators are all still original even though the air conditioning has never worked, so may be responsible !!! thoughts !!!!

Anyway, if you all agree does anyone have any links for removal of;
a) Undertray
b) Front pu

and if possible Removal/replacement of radiators/condensors just in case.

I would be looking at the coolant tank itself first. It is extremely common for them to crack or pinhole - usually on the face you can't see, against the side wall. Check that it isn't wet on the platform just below the tank. Also check the coolant cap. If the part number ends in 00, they were notorious for blowing off at too lower pressure. This should be evident by water in the catch tray on top of the tank, which drains down a rubber tube onto the ground.

Thanks Richard, already renewed the tank last year together with a new cap. Think its somewhere else this time.
