Lost one, gained one

I sold my white 944S on Thursday, was absolutely mortified to see her driving away knowing that I'd probably never see her again. Funny how we get attached to these cars (or is that just me being soft?). Anyway, a nice chap called Simon bought her and it sounds like she'll continue to get the necessary care and attention, which is all you can ask.

Then, yesterday, I bought this:- http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/378192.htm, which has softened the blow somewhat. It's a great car, but then so is the 944 in a different way.

Still keeping the Silver Rose so will be lurking/contributing for the foreseeable.

Cheers,

Neil

Hi Neil,

It's Simon here who bought you 944S.
I must say I enjoyed my drive back much more than my drive up lol

It looks as though you have a nice example of a 964 there.

You never know, you may still see your old 944S again sometime if ever we bump into each other at a meet or event in the future

Cheers
Simon

At least you've replace with Something that .., In my opinion, is the Best Looking Porsche!

Hello Simon, yes we may cross paths again hopefully. I'll definately be at Raby Castle this year, which is a great day out and possibly not too far for you to travel.

Happy motoring.
