Chrome headlamp bezels. Was this the car which was for sale at 'The School Garage'? White RS with red wheels?

No, it was last sold by The Hairpin Company. No one seems to own this one for very long. It's had the Tech Art spoiler removed since I last saw it.

Thanks Damen. Same one i was thinking of (wrong company name on my part). Last saw it at Bob Watsons having some work a couple of years ago.

Soz, I was looking at the instrument bezels.....[:(]

Often see black ones as that is the color underneath with headlamp bezels removed

Now I'm intrigued.

Are you referring the car which shares garage space with another 100 or so others? If so, he's not kept that long. One race at Donington last year and that's it.

The picture of the front compartment raises rather a lot of questions :

ABS pump/pipework cover missing

Factory electrical master switch bracket missing

Factory electrical master switch operating cable bracket missing off chassis leg

Paintcode sticker missing ?

Rivets on chassis plates possibly not original (there should also be a small self adhesive label in front of and at 90 degrees to the chassis plate too.

Are any of the above due to the car being RHD ?

I went to look at that car about 6 years ago before I bought my RS. To be honest it looks in better shape than when I saw it then. It had been used fairly extensively as a race car and I'm pretty sure was not all original panels. From memory it either had a tatty or non existent interior, was missing the mag wheels and factory seats, also don't think the bonnet sticker was present. It would appear that someone has spent some money on it since I saw it. It drove fine, but I didn't have much of a reference point at that stage. I've got a picture of the chassis plate on my phone if anyone wants to check the authenticity.

It's a legit UK C16 car. As Jamie says, it was for sale a few years back but the owner decided to hang on to it. Until now.
