Hi
Before the last of the year trackdays at Oulton in Nov I had the heartsink news on the garage floor that I had coolant leak front and rear , 2 days before
Being of sound mind [] I decided to to the trackday anyway and deal with the consequenses should they occur

Much to my relief and saldly to Alan ( Loc944), I retained my coolant while he failed to do so.

Took the car to Peter at Motortune and after a full day on the pressure test he sorted it , for under 70 Quid...

Start breathing again Brian .. yes, it was a low cost repair.

Great friendly service, wee tour of some very special Porsches in the workshop and some good stories about some other cars with " history"

Serious recommendation , with no catches or discounts. The guy knows his stuff and is a true enthusiast.

Problems were minor, corroded aluminium washers at the rear and a dodgy circlip on front left radiator, this took a full day on the pressure tester to reveal itself.
Just relieved it wasn't a major pipe like MikeN got landed with a while ago.

Car is now in Undercover Valeting near the Kingston Bridge getting a much needed thorough clean before it goes to sleep for the winter.
I can also recommend Alan who runs this outfit he's quite OCD in a good way about valeting, here's a link to some of the stuff they have done http://www.undercovervaleting.co.uk/car-valeting-detailing-glasgow/detailing/detail-work/
