Low speed knock from Rear Drivers side

Hi All,

I've been an owner of a 991.2 GTS Targa for a few months and have one annoying noise from the rear driver's side a slow speed over small bumps in the Road.
It's been to the local specialist and they could not find anything obvious with the noise, but did replace both rear springs under warranty, as a crack was found in one as a precaution.

I've checked the Rear seats and searched through YouTube etc. for any suggestions. Using my ear, it seems to come from the Rear driver's side, somewhere under, the rear Shelf area. Being a Targa it does not seem to be roof movement noises and when the cars is static, and I load up the suspension, I can't hear the noises.
At normal Road speeds, there is no noise noticeable, just over small bumps in the road up to about 15-20mph.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
