lower suspension arm bushes deteriorating and coming away from the metal work

Hi any advice welcome please as I have no previous experience of this issue.
At the last service this health report item was issued "all 4 lower suspension arm bushes deteriorating and coming away from the metal work" a fair report for a car that is 23 years old with 47,000 confirmed miles (service history) and it does clunk a bit on the road! I am arranging for the rectification to be carried out by replacing all 4 Wishbone Control Arm with Lower Ball Joint (Meyle) (99634105319/4) only. Is this what would be expected or is there anything else that could be done at this time?
I am content with the quote and the independent.

I would recommend getting a second opinion as one of these failing let alone 4 would have been identified at your last MOT.

they have not failed all 4 lower suspension arm bushes are "deteriorating" to be expected on a car that old.

fit new ones keep driving, not sure what you want people to say really.

I would replace all the bush's on the car now in one go.

You will need to get your geometry sorted after the refit. I would replace the eccentric bolts that are used to set up the geometry as these will certainly be corroded as they are best Porsche steel running through an alloy casting. Not one of Porsches finest design details!
