Lowering the spoiler - can I just check...?

If I wish to raise the rear spoiler manually, I hit the switch once, release it, and the spoiler extends.

When I want to retract it, I have to keep my finger on the button.

Is this a (another) case of TADTS?

If so, is there anyway of changing this so that I can retract the spoiler by pressing the switch once and releasing it?

Do you know if there's anyway to get it to work with a single press?
