LPG 944? Seen it all now

The conversion usually costs around 10% of power makes the engine bay a veritable nest with all the extra pipes and wires and there is a large tank across the back between the wheel arches up to the height of the seat backs.
A friend has run a LPG Disco for 10-12 years and wont swap it.

Our own Tref was working on an LPG conversion, haven't seen an update for a while though. [8|]
Well he definitely had an LPG tank sat in the back of the car last time he was round. Mind you he had all sorts of stuff in the back of the S2.

If I were doing it, I'd be sticking the tank where the spare wheel is. I'd have no gauge, but tbh you work off the miles you do with LPG conversions anyway (I've yet to see an accurate gauge in an LPG conversion).
Either that, or drive the shared 306 a bit more where I can (currently trying to do). But that thing is sloooooow compared to the S2 (70BHP of IDI Derv fun LOL).
Oli.
