Hi,

Anyone know where I can get a new load bay cover as the one in my car is well past it's sell by date. I'm happy to get a new piece of material for my existing frame if there is someone out there that can provide one. It's grey by the way.

Cheers
Richard

Did the luggage covers change much over the years ? , I have seen a few 944's scrapped that have had in tact luggage covers maybe that's the way to get one.

I've got a retractable one that I bought without realising it doesn't fit the cars with folding seats. If that is the type you are looking for let me know. It's black and the mechanism works perfectly, a couple of chips in the paint on it and it only has one hook that is non-original. I can post pics if required.

These people are looking for the fabric cover that fits models with split rear seats ala Turbos and later 90/91 models.(And 968)

Is the carpet in the back instead of the cover Chris? It's sagged a bit in the middle. You could do with something a bit lighter...

I've been after one of these for ages. I checked with my local OPC and nearly had a heart attack when they gave me the price! Anyway, if you just need the material I'm sure you could probably get away with just a piece of vinyl. You can find them on ebay for about £5-£6 per meter (usually 1.3m wide). I bought some recently from AS ESSENTIALS (www.as-essentials.co.uk). They were a bit more expensive - but it was the right type of vinyl for re-doing my door cards.
