M758 Option

I would like more information on the M758 Code. Does anyone know exactly what Options this code included?

So far I have :-

M030 Adjustable Koni Suspension with bigger anti-roll bars and stiffer top mounts
Bigger brake discs and calipers from a Porsche 928 S4
Club Sport 16" Forged Alloy Wheels Fronts 7", Rears 9"
LSD with Oil Cooled gearbox
Turbo Decal on front drivers wing
Sunroof Deleted
Duplex lightweight windscreen

Is there more or have I included things that aren't part of the Option?

Off the top of my head...

Bigger k26/8 turbo
Higher boost setting (1.82 bar)
Revised DME
Hardened 1st & 2nd gears
Revised Clutch

There are a lot of other smaller changes, like extra vacuum ports on the inlet manifold, less sound insulation (under bonnet for example)

I did have a list somewhere but can't find it just now.

There are also quite a few sites with details, original reviews etc

eg http://944turbo.net/?page_id=54

On my Turbo S, the wing decal is listed as an extra on the invoice - don't know whether that goes against what you've found out though.

Are those not part of the engine upgrades rather than M758 options?

Well, yes.

But M758 means Turbo S, not a list of options for a Turbo S.......?

Hi Graham, sorry my mistake I am looking for the Options that made up the M758 cars

First introduction of the AOR transaxle too, which also had moly drive shafts. M030 changes more than people realise too, with bushes and other seemingly unassociated components altered to suit.
