Just got this e-mail from the Editor of Classic Car....

Hi Mel[FONT=verdana,geneva"]

Hope you and the track monster are both in fine shape. The feature about you and your machine is in the November issue, on sale October 6, and very fine it looks too.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

[FONT=verdana, geneva"]What's the best way to alert PCGB members to the feature? I'm sure lots of them will want to read it.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Always a nice feeling seeing your own car in print. Classic & Sportcar featured the Beetle I used to own many years ago. It took them a whole day to do the studio shoot. I still have a copy of the mag.

Hi Mel ,
will have to check that out. What with this months EVO it is raising the profile no longer a secret, they will be overtaking GT3 prices!
Jeff

Another write up by Richard Meadon in this months EVO very complimentry about his 964rs at the Ring and Cadwell. Did 31.2 mpg on the way home from the ring.
I have done the Ring to MK on one tank but did not work out the mpg!
