Hi Kish / R20,

Any of you happen to know whether OPC East London provide discounts on major services for PCGB members ? I have heard on other forums that some dealers offer 10% discount and thought you guys might have had dealings with them in the past.

Also, do they allow you to supply own oil ?

Hope you are all well, sorry to have missed Le Mans this year.

East London have always been happy to provide me with a 10% discount off parts and labour for all work, not just servicing. I do not know if they allow customers to supply their own oil.

Hi Stuart,

My experiences with OPC East London have been the same and have given me the 10% discount, but never brought my own oil.

Hi Stuart,
They are fine with you bringing your own oil but just let them know when you book the service; also don't ask if you offer 10% discount for PCGB member but instead ask what discount or special offer do you have for PCGB members and you may get more than 10% ;-) The London region has a fantastic relation with the centre and they take good care of region members.

All the best,
Kish

You can take your own oil and save approximately £115.00 off the final bill [;)]

Shame OPC's buy there Mobil 1 in the wrong market :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Here's the latest FYI. Spoke with Porsche East London and asked what discounts are available to PCGB members.

They instantly offered 10% discounts on parts and labour.

Also ok for me to take my own oil. They will reduce the service bill by £135 and I can buuy 12 litres (3 x 4 litre bottles) from Costco for £68.94

So net will end up paying around £850 instead of £1000 for the major service.

Unfortuantely no discounts on the warranty. I guess the policies are underwritted by Porsche directly and the dealers have no flexibility ?
