Major service: OPC Chester vs Bolton

Hi all,

Having a major service (48K, 4yrs) done in next 3 weeks, anyone got any experiences / preferences between these 2 dealers?

Chester gave me a price for the belt and fuel filter at £91 but Bolton say i dont need a fuel filter and since 2001 they didnt have one...?? They want 61.85 for the belt only. Who is right? (Mine is a June 2004 'S') Perhaps one for the definitive Mr Hamilton? My service pricing leaflet dated 01/2007 says fuel filter needed.....

Service and plugs are the same price and both will let me bring my own oil. (-£127.34)

Car has 45K miles and doesnt need brake fluid (done last year), is there anything else i should be getting done?

Bolton is a bit closer to me but Chester has Cheshire Oaks shopping to keep me busy plus they give you free tickets to the Blue Planet Aquariam nearby so perhaps they have my vote right now (keeps GF happy too!).

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Rick

Have used Bolton, all good, gave me 10% discount and used my supplied Mobil 1, did recommend wiper blades at some outrageous price and tyres (which I already had). I am sure some can comment on Chester, Black80XSA?
