Manpower 50th at RAC

I have copied below post from the Register Secretary for Manpower at the 50th event on 4th 5th September at Cirencester.


Hi fellow members in this our special 50th anniversary year.
This is a combined request and invitation for event manpower assistance for 3th/4th September at RAC Cirencester, to help smoothly operate and execute a special event for all to remember.
We are looking for volunteers from the membership to help for a half day session on one or both days in return for complimentary daily entrance pass, lunch and refreshments, it will entail parking, marshalling and general help operating the safety and smoothness of both PCGB members and the visiting general public within the event.
Our band of workers index regional organisers and register secretaries will also be busy operating their relevant displays hence this request to the memebrship at large.
To proceed with this request and your intention to help please contact myself (John McGirl) on email address register@porscheclubgb.com stating your particular day(s) and sessions ie AM sat 3rd and PM Sun 4th.
(AM IS 07.30HRS-12.00HRS-PM 12.00NON -16.30HRS)-TEAM BRIEF AND GUIDANCE PROVIDED AT START TIME.)

The above information is not quite correct.
We will not be issuing complimentary tickets.
As PCSM are handling ticket ing we are not in a position to do so.
What we are doing is refunding ticket costs incured by helpers. That is you book and pay in the usual way and we refund your costs.
Just a detail but an important one.
