Following on from last nights meeting just to say if you are interested in the above at Beamish Hall on Sat 1st November please drop me an email julieknox@talktalk.net and i'll send you the flyer and information.

I have promised the organiser i will confirm places and pay the cash by the 31st August so will need your cheques and full names before then please if you'd like to go.

A portion of the £40 ticket price goes directly to the charities involved.

Some folk asked about accomodation and i have this information from the organiser:

not got your email if you send via the forum i don't seem to get them. also sent two to you this way don't know if you received them. If you send directly to my email address as above i'll be able to send you the flyer and details about the overnight options and my address for the cheque.
