All,

For all those intending to attend, please be on the field by 10.30 so that the display positions can be sorted. The parade of the winners of the Show and Shine Competion will take place in the Main Ring at 3.45 p.m. Remember that last year, Porches took First and Third prizes.

There is a full programme of events taking place throughout the day. If you are bringing sandwiches either eat them before or keep them wrapped up until after 1.00 pm when there is a Parade of Hounds by the Blankney Hunt. They have a reputation of being clever scroungers.

At 2.00 p.m. there will be a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flypast over the field.

For those who stay with us for the day, tea and refreshments will be avilable at Chez Susie befor your journey home. Some indication of who is coming would be appreciated.

Hope to see you on Saturday

Listening to Paul H this evening, what are the chances of the show being rained off? I intend to attend with the 912 - and umbrellas and shelters and welly boots! Brod.

Hi Brod, Passing the playing field this morning I saw the marquees up and furniture being transferred from the village hall so there appears to be some optimism by the organisers No word yet about any cancellation. Anyway there is a relationship between the number of water droplets on a car with the depth of wax. Keith 1996 993 targa
