All,
For reasons unconnected with either the car or the credit crunch I am thinking of selling after a trouble free year of fun.

Car details;

Factory Special Order Car
Ferrari Yellow 964RSL
Big Reds
3 Pce 18" Speedlines 8"Fr/9.5"Rear (body coloured centres original factory fit)
All black leather Recaros
Heigo half cage in body colour
2 former keepers (previous keeper for 10 years)
Summer use only
FPSH (Germany OPC) + 9Meister
Professionally Zymoled
Tracker + Cat 1 Alarm (no drilling to the car)
Plate stays with the car (J70RSL)

Car has covered 91,000 km but has a verified history of only 4 track days prior to my ownership, as a result the whole car feels very tight and composed. Recent clutch. Also just had £1700 service at 9m including disks, pads, dizzy caps, rotors, engine lid struts etc and is running like a dream.

The car is perfect and wants for nothing. It is one of the very best out there (imho of course ;-)

I am placing a toe in the water here before engaging the hoi-polloi, serious interest only please pm me.

Thanks,
Kevin.

Sorry to see that you are selling Kevin. Will you still take part in next months track days?

All,
Thanks to those that have expressed interest, I have decided to walk away from the precipice for now and keep the car.

My problem is that I don't have the time to get in more than x6 track days per year and find the car pretty much unusable on most normal UK blacktop (I am on 888s and 18" Speedlines). As such I wasa thinking of getting something else which would be more suited to combined driving.

I have decided to wait a year and take another view on it.

As a result, yes I will be at Donny, Croft, Combe and Oulton in Oct.

Anyone fancy Oulton before then?

and...a piccy to satisfy Des!

Cheers,
KEvin.

Nice one Kevin! Think you've made the right decision mate!
Similar story to myself really...6/7 track days per year and rest of time just used for a blast here and there depending on time and weather. Imagine if it wasn't there though Kevin? Still go and look at mine in the garage on an evening...makes me feel all warm inside![:)]

See ya at Donington...only 2 weeks to go now!!!

(Might be up for Oulton actually)

Lovely car, I hope the decision proves to be right for you.

Now, what would make a really good yet well priced and reliable every day driver. Clio Trophy ?

I also look forward to seeing you at Donnington on the 8th !
