Contrary to what it will say in your coming Porsche Post we WILL NOT be having a joint east/west club night during May. Therefore the Glasgow club night will revert to normal - Tuesday 1st May at the Sherbrooke Castle Hotel.

For the Edinburgh club night we will hold this on Thursday 3rd May at Daktoa, South Queensferry

Please do NOT go by the details in PP for May.

I was at Dakota last night for a meal and it was excellent! The menu had changed slightly from last month too which was nice to see. I already know what I am having to eat on Thursday! [:D]

Well the Edinburgh Porsche Club Meet had made the Metro news this week, lol

It was conducting a review of the new Dakota, and mentioned that the Porsche Club was also there having their get together and that you guys were gloating who had the best car in the car park, lol

If I had my TVR there at the last meeting there would have been no contest as to who's car was the best [8D]

I meant to add also that one of the staff said that if any club members wanted to stay the night next Thursday and booked in advance there would be a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room and also breakfast would be free.
