Very sorry Laura, can't make it tonight because of family commitments. I was let out all day yesterday for the Donington Historic, so can't push my luck! Hope to make it next month. Have fun!
 
Hi I am planning on heading over tonight It will be my first meeting!! I am not sure if I will bring my car as the weather does not look the best!!
would be good to catch up with Mr Frost if he is in town,

When you have a Porsche, the weather doesn't matter one jot. Drive and enjoy your car, wash it when you get home if need be.

Had a text message from Mr Frost. He is in the recording studio this evening so unfortunately cant make it.
 
All - sorry for the no-show from me tonight, for what was planned to be my first visit.
My car is under a (not very waterproof) cover right now whilst some work is done to extend my garage, and the prospect of returning home tonight and being unable to re-cover the car and thus leaving for the next 24+ hours exposed under trees (with a heavy bird population) proved too much for me.

If it's dry, I might try to head to the meeting on Wednesday (Loughborough??) for one of the other Porsche clubs, or else I hope to see you all in July.

Greetings I did make it last night well to the car park of the pub anyway!!(red 930 turbo) but unfortunately my partner was knocked off her Bicycle while out training and was taken in the hospital with a broken Knee cap and a lot scuffs and bruises!! so I had to depart to bring Her clothes and stuff for the night,
I will try again in two months as I am down under next month. H[&o]
 
Ouch! As a fellow cyclist who also recently had a big 'off' - that sounds awful. Hope she is OK!

Maybe we'll both make it for August!
