Try Geo Morrison 0141 643 1768 Farmleon Rd up from the Verve knows alot about older cars and as you are asking for the report he will tell you all warts and all that way you will know what it going to cost to rectify any work

Well that car sold today. If anyone hears of any good 911 (1977-75 years) please let me know
Back to the hunt!

You could try DDK forum, "classiccarsforsale.co.uk" or VZI. DDK is where I sourced my 1973 914 from, try VZI at a push (sometimes Porsches pop up there)

As for someone to check over a car for you in Glasgow.......you could try RPM in Maryhill. They work on several 70s 911s belonging to friends of mine who race them.

Hi there. I had a 1972 911T many moons ago.2.2 litre on downdraught carbs, still brilliant fun, and in many ways a real honest Porsche. Watch for rust, heat exchangers obviously are big money. I had to renew my clutch and in 1979 the parts were nearly 300 quid trade, so as you are doing have it professionally vetted, with warranty if possible. Good luck!!
