mechanical fuel pump leak

Hello,

The mechanical fuel pump on my 1965 911 has started leaking. Does anyone know if there is a repair kit available for the pump? I'd like to keep the originality on the car rather than replace it with an electric fuel pump.

Thanks in advance,

Chet

Hi Porsche still list parts for the early Hardi pump the diaphragm is 901 608 912 00 £12.74 a new pump is about £150 Regards Berny.

Thanks for the reply Berny.

Unfortunately I have a pierburg fuel pump which were also used on late 356 models.

Might be worth you contacting some of the 356 specialists such as Andy Prill or PR Services. They might be able to help you source parts.

Ian.
