Nipped around the corner from office to grab some lunch with a female colleague and, in the shop car park, is a gorgeous Arena Red 993 Turbo. I just stopped in my tracks staring at it, explaining its finer points to her (she feigned mild interest).
A couple walked out of the shop towards the car (looking a bit "why is that guy so close to our car?").
As soon as I said "Mine's a black 993C4" the guy's face lit up and he could not stop talking about his car, how long he'd had it, why he'd never sell it, where they've driven it in Europe etc. I was the same.
The two girls were just baffled, his companion was talking to my colleague "he never stops talking about it".
