This is the old Spa, via Grand Prix. The sequencing of the track is all wrong, but starting at 1:21, they go down "Burnenville" which still exists, and then the "corkscrew" which does not exist anymore, then the Masta straight, for a while.

From 2:21, they go through the old "Stavelot," which still exists. This is where the accident happens in the end of the clip.

From 2:50 til 3:06, they do the Masta straight and the Masta kink. Both still exist.

Wow, thanx Phil -saves me forwarding thru the DVD!!

We drove it (in Shogun with trailer...) even 100 klicks thru Masta felt quick.[;)]

Those guys were GODS!![:)]

Tony Dron told me once how when racing his Porsche 924 he would approach the Stavelot Corner at about 140 and wouldn't brake but allowed the drift to bleed off about 20mph[8D]

Ouch... 140 to 120... in old Stavelot! But then again there is a banking... I must try this at night next time I go to Spa. Charles, will you lend me the red RS? ;)
