Many thanks to Clive and Alan for all their hard work in running the 997 Register and delivering yet another varied and eventful year. It's less than 12 months since I got the GT3 and in that time we've done SW Monsoon Tour, Welsh Autumn Tour, two trips to alpine Europe, 3 track days and a hill climb, in all 9,000 miles of highly enjoyable 997 driving. I know people have been fighting in the streets to get their hands on 991 GT3 RS and GT4 but are these cars really that much more fun than the 997?

Just a final word of thanks to Alan for introducing me to the 997 club activities back in 2010 when the Happy Chappies 997 Turbo thread was running. Will R15 be Region on the Year in 2016, I wouldn't bet against it[:)]

Merry Christmas to one and all and here's looking forward to another active year in 2016.

Merry Christmas and thanks for running a truly great register. I will be changing to a Cayman GT4 in the Spring but it's almost tempting to keep the 997 just to visit here from time to time.

Nick

Congratulations on securing a new GT4, a stunning car and great piece of kit by all accounts.

Please keep in touch and we look forward to seeing you on future events.

Season's greeting. [:)]
