Middle wiper speed not working

Hi all,

I had my 993 indicator stalk module replaced by OPC Silverstone a few months ago.

I've not used the car in heavy rain till recently and noticed that the medium wiper speed does not work, ie. when the stalk is moved from slow to medium the wiper stops but restarts if move moved back down to slow or up to fast.

Could this be connected to the work on the indicators (same module or wiring) or is this a separate fault?

Would appreciate some ideas.
