good effort - be interested he hear what if any major wear items you have gone through ( clutch, suspension etc.)

Haha..correct..i've had her for a year and covered 8000 miles in that time.

Original clutch and flywheel replaced 600 miles ago.... i kid you not.

2nd set of replacement gear cables fitted at 143k , 1st replacement set fitted at 43k

Front springs replaced under warranty last week, old ones were original...!!

I'm lucky enough to have obtained every service document from the 1 and only other owner of the car.. she was a company director and this was her Co car and no expense spared....serviced at RPM it's whole life exclusively.

During her ownership she replaced discs and pads twice, spark plugs thrice , regular ahead of schedule services, one window regulator , 1 set of clamshell cables , coffin arms and S suspension refresh.

Water pump and lower coolant pipes replaced.......... and alot of tyres.

But that's it really and by my calcs, she's 4027 days old which averages 37 miles per day.

Just proves that regular driving and servicing really does pay as she pulls well, stops well and drives very well.

Here's to the next 150000 miles.

Replaced under warranty after 11 years and 150k miles - wow, I would never have thought that would get done under warranty? Well done [:)]

...I purchased a private 1 year warranty when I purchased her in October 2020......found that the springs needed replacing 4 days before it ran out and it was the only claim I made and oddly it was almost the same price to get them done as the years warranty. She's booked in this morning for Hunter wheel alignment after bedding them in for a couple of hundred miles.

Interesting post!

My 987.2 /2009 is just about to hit 69K and I'm worried to market reaction to that, but love that you take 150K in your stride.

No front cooling pipe work?

8K in a year, well done!

....to be honest she had 142k on the odemeter when i bought her so knew the risks but after talking to RPM and trawling through the service history i took the decision to make the purchase. I've never bought a car with resale value in mind.... just to enjoy, drive regularly and detail alot :).

She's had a few quid spent on her by the only previous owner and i've spent a few quid myself but all maintenance items apart from the gear cables. All else has been cosmetic like a wheel refurb, caliper paint , interior trim etc..

Yes, she had all of the coolant pipes changed.

Si.
