Milltek Cats and Silencers

Does any one have the Milltek exhaust upgrade fitted to their 997?

I was looking at PSE or Tube, for just over £2k I can get the Milltek Cats and Silencers fitted which will give sound and power.

Also as I live in Nottinghamshire where Milltek are based and manufacture they will actually fit it in their own factory for me with their Porsche specialist which is a nice added benefit.

Last question I could pay £3k and get the full system which would give me the manifolds over and above the Cats and Silencers...being none technical would appreciate any informed views on this?

Well nearly! I have the whole set in my garage, which will be fitted after the next track day (just in case they are too noisy). Since the CAT's are by far the most expensive element, I can't see the point of not fitting the manifolds as well. The most gains are to be had from replacing the standard Porsche mass produced manifold's. If it's only the sound you are concerned with then why not just fit the silencers and tail pipe adaptors.
