Minty Tognola 993

patch

New member
I remember seeing the mag article about this fine looking ex-Tognola motor and being intrigued - http://www.911virgin.com/porscheforsale/99/993Carrera(RSKit) (I may be colour blind of course) - any thoughts about colour/price or my strange penchant for pastel coloured cars - go on , tempt me out of the 964 fiefdom into your realm.... ;-)

All thoughts appreciated. All the best. P.

It is in a beautiful condition. I would change the wheels though.... Get a proper RS Speedlines if the RS centre caps are to remain (that MY 02 wheels does cheapen the apppearance of RS wannabe).

Seen this car at Tognola (Greg owned) absolutely stunning - I would definately buy it <<if i didnt have 1>> maintained by well respected Porsche Engineers (who owned it) can you imagine how well it has been looked after !!!!

Seems expensive but probably not for what you are going to get and the history !!!!

Lovely clean car, but it's stretching it a bit to suggest there's an RS-alike in there somewhere. Love the colour.

Nice, price probably reflects the low mileage. I like the wheels - I always like black centres on a 911, for some reason.

I bought the C2 from Greg at Tognola and had the body kit, wheels, RS Suspension and 100 SS Cats changed. The car is really clean through out. Had the car for two years and straight after the article (below)sold it back to Peter at Tognola.
