Hi All,

I noticed the other night when I parked up the car my headlamps looked a little misty, it didn't look like moisture i.e droplets more misted up.

is this OK? when should I start worrying about condensation?

Normal, its because we live in a country that is 95% bleeding moisture [:(]

How true. Washed the car this morning p'd down in the afternoon.

Also noticed Kwik Fit had chipped one of the new refurned alloys and I picked up a lovely stone chipped that bounced twice on the roof of the car on the way back home. :(

I sometimes get knocked because I'm happy to pay slightly more for a good service when getting tyres replaced/repaired... [&:]
However I'm sure overall it works out cheaper than having my wheels refurbishing each time...[]

Ya get wot ya pay for. I couldn't believe it, I even checked them when they put the tyres back on - I dont know how I could have missed it. Mind you even afterr having the wheel repaired it would still be a lot cheaper than Porsche quoted me for a set. I don't know what more upsetting the alloy or the stone chip.

Oddly my last set of tyres, I had to get the tyre centre to match the OPC price [&:]

Either way, happy days on the price [:D]

Out of interest has anyone had the misty headlamps dealt with under warranty?

Surely its a faulty seal that causes it so it should be covered? No?

It of course should be fixed under warranty, but all that may be necessary is a reseat of the seal; something you can do yourself.
