MO Bridge

Just had MO bridge fitted at check point in Aberdeen, IPod is great and bluetooth works a treat a great investment..
Will get the standard speakers changed out now in car as I have the non Bose kit in mine, can anyone advise on good sp[eakers for the 997 ?

how much was the mo-bridge kit and how long was the car away for?

I am in Glasgow but fancy the kit.

They took the car in at 10 am and had it till 5pm but that also included them fitting a laser jammer in the front bumber and all the LED's and alarms inside.
The MO Bridge cost 700 fitted and they upgrade the sound processor to a 64 bit and what a difference, smiles all the way home
 
thats sounds superb, i am going to look in to it. Whats the laser jammer? sounds like a radar to stop the cops???

The laser jammer is designed for mobile stations, when they point the gun at you the Target Lasertrack ping backs a erronous signal to the gun, this then gives an audiable alert and also LED , the cops then will have to recalibrate prior to hitting you again hence giving you approx 5 secs to hammer on the brakes and be under the limit.

Great thing not sure how legal they are though.
 
If ever asked I believe the correct use for the item fitted to the front of your car is to automatically open gates or a garage door!

They are legal to own, just not use... perverting the course of justice is what you're looking at [&:]

As pointed out, garage door opener and now fully working front distance sensors have similar 'side effects'

IMO, the laser jammer is lawful to own, as has been said. But watch it - if you are caught using it you can expect a fairly long visit to a police station and the need for the services of someone like myself. Add the taking and retaining of fingerprints, DNA and photographs, coupled with likely Crown court proceedings with the added cost and the likelihood of a criminal conviction [record] and you might think that it is more than a bit risky and not worth getting.

i am not trying to put a damper on those who have invested in such a machine, but I really do warn of dangers.

Who did the MoBridge fitting for you? I am an Edinburgh resident and like the sound of the kit for my 05 997 C2 with Bose.
