Hi Guys,

Looking for recommendations of someone to do 1x pin dent front drivers wing, 1x stone chip on bonnet, 1x 1" scathe in drivers door (tool box corner incident :( ), and 1x pin dent with aprx 1" scratch on rear engine lid (metal bar dropped on it).

Yup, I am a bit of an idiot, think I am going to get a large layer of foam stitched inside my cover!

The only people I can find around me is chips away, and I contacted him before and wasn't impressed.

Any recommendations?

Cheers

Steve,
Does it need to be mobile? There's a good paint chap in a small industrial estate just south of Swindon. Autorama. Might be worth a phone call.

Aha yes, funny you should say that, I've used Autorama for years, I forget the chaps name (could be John).

I used to use him when he was in Cavindish square and then he moved to Bassett Down workshops, got him to spray my GT3 PU for the 996 and he did a spot on job :) Always does a good deal for cash in hand! I didn't think he did smart repairs though?

My car currently has no wheels though as they are in the process of being refurbed and I am waiting for them back, so it's on axel stands and also has the discs and callipers off waiting for delivery of new brakes, so it's can't be moved for a bit until all of the stuff comes back. I was trying to get someone to pop out and do the few minor bits in my garage, but I guess I could wait and give him a try.

Cheers,

I'm not sure I'd want to leave any car in Cav Square!
I think his name is Paul.
I've got a spare set of 944 wheels but they're 16s so not a lot of use to you I'm afraid. Got some range rover ones too but they're 16s too!
I'm sure he will do smart repairs - well small repairs really.

Hehe, yes I know what you mean, they moved some years ago though :)

Thanks for the offer of wheels, no worries.

I'll give them a call and ask if they can do other than full panel sprays next week.

Cheers.
