A reminder that R10's next Monthly Meeting is on Sunday 13 February at The Navigation Inn, Stoke Bruerne. Meeting starts at 6.00pm.

This month we have a Allan Mckee (a Porsche enthusiast) and Chris Davies (Porsche race engineer) attending. At around 7.00 pm they will be giving us an introduction into their new venture "Weltmeister" - a Porsche focussed independent to be based at Silverstone Business Park. I think this will be of interest to many of our region's members and, perhaps, further afield, so I anticipate a good turnout.

w.r.t. "long winded sales pitch"...Thank goodness [:D]

Seriously, when is the new venue opening? I thought the meeting was going to be at the new gaff... all the best

Hi Steve
We would like to be taking bookings from around Feb 21st for simple work and the more complicated items from early March, with our Dyno coming on stream around 3rd week March and Digital Laser alignment at about the same time.

As for meeting at our place, it will still be a bit of a building site on Feb 13th.

Cheers

Allan
btw still working on a marketing strategy to appease you marketing types [:D]

Hi Brian

"The bad taste of poor service, lingers on long after the sweetness of a cheap price"

But none the less 10% off of std labour rate for all card carrying PCGB members.

How many are we expecting for Sunday ?

That is always one of the greatest mysteries.......[8|]

My guess is somewhere between 15 and 30 (including partners, kids, etc) based on recent meetings. But you never know - I have been contacted by several new members this year and most have said they will try to get along; and, after all, there is the added draw of you speaking![;)] It could be quite cosy down at The Navi.
