The monthly meeting at Garstang Golf Club on 20th April will have Rob Cairnes of "Chips Away" giving a talk.

Rob will tell us how he paints the chips, NOT the car. He also refurbishes alloy wheels. Rob has done work on some of my relatives cars and his work is excellent. He is also a car enthusiast, being a Jaguar owner.

Also we will be drawing the raffle ticket for the holiday at Sue & Macs villa in Portugal. There will still be time to buy a ticket on the night.

I will be posting details of the Lakes trip on 15th May with NW Region and Ferrari Club, on R18 web site as well as here. Keep an eye out and let me know ASAP if you will be attending

David, have you made it clear to Dean Eastaby what the 'Chips away' demo is all about ? I can just see him turning up with his own Salt n' vinegar[:D]
I am looking at getting my wheels refurbished this year, so I'll hopefully be there on Wednesday.

Tony

With the amount of work needed on your wheels the poor guy from Chips Away will be on a loss leader !! ;-)

Think I might bring Ann Marie's Z3 along and see if they can repair the kirbing dinks.

I haven't been to a club night for 2 years now, so if I remember I'll go along too.

ORIGINAL: Tony Daniel

I may just nip round to your house with a trolley jack whilst your out in the Z3 then![;)]

I'll be waiting with the baseball bat!! .... or better still .... I'll get the rottweiler (wife) to sort you out!! [:D]
