Montly meeting and Forthcoming Events

The next monthly meeting at Garstang Golf Club on Wednesday 15th May will be a talk by Sue Mcleod about how to prepare a Porsche for entry into Street Class Concours. The meeting starts at 20.00 with a few words from me, followed by Sue's presentation and free refreshments at 21.00 hours

R18 Street Class Concours event will be held on Sunday 11th August in conjunction with the German Classics Car Show at Haigh Hall Wigan.

On Sunday 19th May we will be attending the Charity Lakes Classic Car Show at Grasmere. Please contact Mike Trotter URGENTLY on 07841 215962,e-mail mikevrs@yahoo.co.uk to book a place.

On 9th June we will be attending the Cleveleys Classic Car Show.

On 21st June we will also be attending the Classic Car Show at Lakeland Car Museum, Ulverston. Mike Trotter is arranging this and needs a variety of Porsche to complete our display. Entry fee is £4.00 per car. Contact Mike Trotter or me on R18@porscheclubgb.com for an entry form.

You will have already been e-mailed about the Gold Cup meeting at Oulton Park on the weekend of 25th-27th August. Phil Graham from R5 had given me the link to book.

This will give you entry for your Porsche and 2 passengers FOC

You will need to bring along both parts of your driving licence if you wish to take part in the Parade Laps at lunchtime. There will be a charge for this on the day.

Finally don't forget our major event of the year on 30th June "" "Porkers in the Trough".

There have been numerous adverts in Porsche Post and on the Forum for this 'Free to Enter' event.

Hi David are your dates correct? I have the Grasmere Show as the 23rd June and the Lakeland Car Museum Show on the 19th May
