More soft-top problems

To go with the annoying rattle that I haven't manage to sort out, despite cleaning all seals, I now have two other issues with my soft-top. The first one is, the light that is supposed to stay on while the roof is opening or closing, now only lights up briefly at the end of the process. It doesn't affect the operation but is a bit worrying as the OPC cannot find the fault and are waiting for Porsche technicians to point them in the right direction.
The second problem is that 50% of the time the top does not close properly. Instead of the protruding bits of the edge of the top and the latch, slotting perfectly into the windscreen frame; they actually connect ever so slightly with the frame and the top fails to travel that last couple of inches without manual intervention on the latch. All I have to do is move the latch and it all falls into place, no pressure required. The top jams just prior to the point where the windows drop to allow them to be closed back up into the seals. The dealer has also adjusted the top for me but the problem persists.

Has anyone else had these problems.
