More Suspension Questions

I will be fitting the M030 springs, anti roll bars and Bilstein HD dampers to my car some time in the next few months. While I have the suspension apart are there any other parts that I should also change?

How're your wishbone (sorry, Control Arm) bushes? I think basically consider doing anything that's worn which would need an alignment after replacment. Lower ball joints?
