Hi Chris
Sorry for contacting you so late and near the event date. I was a bit confused as to exactly what was happening (or not) this weekend. We already have accommodation booked in the Preston area so will look forward to joining you for the drive. Please don’t order afternoon tea for us. We may just have tea and scones but will play it by ear on the day. See you on Sunday.
Regards Greg and Shirley

Hi Richard,
Feel free to join us in Skipton for the run. Too late to organise afternoon tea now but The Villa will have other food and drinks to order.

Chris
