Just back from getting my MOT done - passed at first attempt, no advisories.
Tester came out to see me to say he'd recently had a 2000 year 996 in and the brake pipes were so shot that one burst during the MOT, whereas "that car of yours the brake pipes look like it's just come out of the factory, where do you keep it?". Outside, drive it in all weathers, they just don't make them like that any more!
As a reward to my car I took a very long route home via lots of winding lanes.[
