Mouldy Carpet removal/replacement

Hi Folks

I seem to have mouldy carpets due to moisture condensation as some previous owner had positioned the roof water drains to flow INSIDE the boot and not out through the boot floor.
By the time this was discovered the damage had been done.

Seats also picked up mould.

Mucho gracias for any tips how to remove the mould and failing a satisfactory job, where is the best place to get replacement carpets tailor made for the 924

Thanks a bunch in anticipation

Shad

Thanks a lot for all the comrehensive tips Nathan. Really appreciate it.

I read somewhere that after shampooing spores are still present and can pose a problem.

Someone has recommended using Milton's solution (for sterilising babies bottles etc.) on a cloth and covering the mouldy area.

Since this contains sodium hypochlorite (bleach) will this penetrate the carpet and corrode the metal on the floor pan which will be an even bigger headache to cure.

Sure could use some use helpful advice on this!!

Cheers
