Moved house/area.

Been thinking about doing it for years, and we've finally moved to Lincolnshire. Bigger house, 3 extra garages, but no idea where the good driving/riding roads are. About 25 miles south of Cadwell Park if anyone on here knows the area?

Boston area ? Not much out that way apart from lots of B roads often slippy from farmers etc...
Stick to Cadwell Park trackdays if you want to play properly or get a 4x4 for the muddy lanes!

I worked in Spalding and Wisbech (Lower down) and I originally came from Deeping St. James near Bourne BRM factory (Dad was an F1 tech) those areas used to be
nice and free (Not any traffic about) in the 80's (When I had 6 Bikes before any car) but then several Zillion turned up to live and since it's just not the same...

Lapping the same 2 or 3 miles all day, while avoiding the slow boys, and nobbers looking for someone/thing to crash into doesn't float my boat.

That sounds like you've had some bad experiences of track days! Where if you were that way inclined (And it's good that human all prefer different things!) to
perfect the car and your driving techniques is one quest to achieving a great experience and reward on race circuits

But it sounds like you'd prefer one of the Club days out where they visit a chippie, gas for hours and do 100 miles+ in a day trip

Had little experience of track days, other than seeing bike mates sitting them out all day in the pits because it was pissing down. And another time at Castle Coombe where some yuppie seriously bent a borrowed Aston. I prefer to drive and ride alone, and no chips involved either. Look up the B660 road, over the last 20 years I did over 40k there on bikes and in cars, and when it used to matter to me, no one ever drove away from me on it. My last response to you on this thread, as IMO you are a boring t**t.

Oh! So you prefer to drive alone, don't like lots of corners @ Race circuits and spent 20 years travelling on the same road ! and your calling me Boring!! [:D]
25 miles up from Bedford on the B660 there's a great track @ Kimbolton, spent many a mile on that doing 90mph, Not 190 !
